Whitechapel Village Hall has a fantastic all-weather Multi-Use Games Area, or MUGA, available to hire for local sports clubs, football teams, tennis groups, netball sessions, fitness classes, schools, families and community organisations.
The MUGA includes:
- Three football pitches
- Three tennis courts
- One netball court
It is ideal for five-a-side football, junior sports coaching, club training sessions, tennis practice, netball, fitness groups, children’s parties and informal games with friends and family.
The MUGA can be hired by the hour and is available after school, during school holidays and at weekends, subject to availability.
It can be accessed directly from the large on-site car park and may also be booked alongside the village hall for parties, community events, team-building days and group activities.
MUGA Hire Prices
- Standard hire: £25 per hour
- Local resident rate: £10 per hour for residents of Whitechapel, Inglewhite and Bleasdale
- Children’s party add-on: £25 for the full duration of the party
We welcome regular and one-off bookings from local football clubs, tennis clubs, netball teams, coaches, youth groups and fitness instructors.

The village hall also has a private snooker room with two snooker tables. The room can be hired alongside the other facilities or separately. MUGA rules and code of conduct can be downloaded here.
